Social Justice Run Amok - Tegarius C Kea and Dolai A Mohamed - Shooting and Robberies

Case 21-1-01940-7 KNT (Tegarius C Kea - Black Male) and 21-1-01939-3 KNT (Dolai A Mohamed - Black Female), filed in King County Superior Court on 9/2/2021. You can buy copies of the documents from King County Superior Court. The important documents are: "Order Establishing Conditions of Release", and "Information". The cost is $0.25 per page.

2 Black men and 1 Black Woman committed at least 3 robberies and 1 shooting, and attempted at least one other robbery. The victims were 2 Hispanic males and another person who's name would suggest he is an Arab Muslim. One of the Hispanic males was shot in the leg when he tried to run away from the robbers.

They were finally caught by police, who noticed the same car listed for sale on another online platform, and the police setup a sting operation to catch these criminals. Upon arrest, the officers verified that the phone being held by one of the defendants was in-fact, the phone being used to arrange the meeting. The also discovered two guns. On the phones seized during the arrest, police found images of the criminals posing with large amounts of cash.

These criminals were caught dead to rights, and it is very clear that one of them shot one of the victims.

Result?

  • Tegarius C Kea was released on his own recognizance. It's entirely possible he was the one who shot one of the Hispanic men who tried to run away. His release was ordered by Judge Tanya L. Thorp, who is Black, and is very clearly steeped in the worldview of social justice.
  • Dolai A. Mohamed was released on her own recognizance. She was clearly the one setting up meetings with the victims. Her release was ordered by Judge Veronica Alicea-Galvan, who is clearly steeped in the social justice worldview. One interesting bit: she wore a hijab when meeting the Arab victim.

The victims will probably never see a dime from these criminals, and one of them will probably be limping for the rest of his life. These criminals were released from jail by social justice judges. The conditions of release for both of these swine are: stay away from the victims, stay in contact with their attorneys. Despite the fact that they used a gun during their crime spree, and shot one of their victims, it isn't clear if they're prohibited from owning or using a gun.

Why are these hoodlums out of jail? Thank "social justice" and "equity". I run this blog anonymously because I don't want these hooligans to target me for blowing the whistle on their crimes. I also don't want to be singled out by these "judges" for pointing out how their actions are putting dangerous criminals back on the streets. These judges were both appointed by Governor Inslee.
